When overseeing an Interview Scheduling event, you'll notice multiple tabs - each with different functions. This article contains information on all of them and detailed instructions on how to navigate your event page.

Attendee Information Pages

When first opening your event, you will automatically be taken to the Attendee Information page, under the Employer Invitations tab:

From every tab under the Attendee Information page, you have access to the live dashboard, the invitation links, and the "Edit Event" button. The "Edit Event" button will allow you to change anything in the event setup workflow.

The Employer Invitations tab allows you to track invitations that have been sent through Flo Recruit.

Event Attendees

The next tab under the Attendee Information page is the Event Attendees tab. This will show you all employers who have registered for the event, as well as how many schedules - if any - have been submitted.

You have the ability to select the pop-out button next to the number of jobs submitted to view and edit the jobs posted by employers.

From this page, you can also add late registrations or export the table as a .csv.

Employer Schedules

The next tab under the Attendee Information page is the Employer Schedules tab. This includes a list of all jobs submitted by all employers.

The column management button to the far right of the table allows you to show and hide different columns. When exporting, whatever you are viewing in the table will be available in your export.

Select the pop-out button under the registration status column to view and edit the posted job.

Select the pop-out button under the application selection column to view and edit the student selections made by the employer.

If you'd like, you can also send emails. After selecting at least one employer, the Send Email dropdown will become active. Here, you can send a registration reminder email to employers or an interviewer information request email.

Student Applications

The final tab under the Attendee Information page is the Student Applications tab. This tab shows all student applications for the entire event, listed separately for each job.

Use the column management tool on the far right of the menu bar, next to the Export as a .csv button, to choose which columns are included in your table. If you are looking for certain information and do not see it in your table, use this button to add it to your table.

From left to right, you can first select the highlighted student's name to view their profile.

You can select the pop-out under the application status column to view and edit the student's applications.

You have the ability to view the invitation status and the student's response as well.

From this page, you can add late student registrations, export the table as a .csv, or send the application deadline reminder email.

Time Block Assignments

The time block assignments page only has one tab. This tab allows you to view and edit time block assignments for employers, or send emails notifying them that they've been assigned a time block.

Event Schedule

From the Event Schedules page, you can launch the scheduler once student decisions are in. Once it is launched, you can also view and edit the schedule from this tab:

Select each employer job on the left side of the screen to view the schedule. Select the email employer schedule dropdown to copy or send the schedule to one of the interviewers or employers on this schedule.

Select the edit schedule button to manually make changes to the schedule.

Select the email event schedules dropdown to email the event schedule to all students, all interviewers, or all event attendees.
