After you have launched your scheduler, you have the ability to make changes to the schedule if needed. You can edit existing time slots, change interviewers or students, create new time slots, and even compare schedules.

From your Event Schedules page, select the "Edit Schedule" button:

From this view, you can edit existing time slots, or add a new one. To edit existing time slots, select the schedule you'd like to view, and select "Edit":

Note that you can only edit schedules when viewing them by employer - and not by student.

From here, you can change the interview time, student, interviewer(s), change the time slot to include a custom link instead, or even delete the time slot. Make sure to press Save once you have finished.

You also have the option to add an entirely new time slot by selecting "Add Time Slot":

Here, you'll need to insert all of the information before saving the new slot:

Note that you won't be able to change the date of the time slot because this is based on the time block you previously assigned to the employer.

If you attempt to assign a student to a slot during a time that they are already scheduled for another interview, a time they have submitted as a conflict, or to a schedule they are already interviewing for, the system will give you an error and you will not be able to complete this action.

Comparing Schedules

When trying to manually edit schedules, it can be difficult to fit students into new time slots if their schedule is already pretty full. Because of this, we created the "Compare Schedules" function. Select this button while in edit mode to view multiple schedules, side by side:

Select which type of schedule you'd like to compare the current one to, and then select the specific schedule. Once doing so, the new schedule will appear to the right of the current one. From this view, you can edit the schedule that is viewing the employer's schedule (as opposed to the student's schedule):

You can add more schedules to compare from this view, or simply close out.
