When overseeing a Lottery event, you'll notice multiple tabs - each with different functions. This article contains information on all of them and detailed instructions on how to navigate your event page.

Attendee Information Pages

When first opening your event, you will automatically be taken to the Attendee Information page, under the Employer Invitations tab:

From every tab under the Attendee Information page, you have access to the live dashboard, the invitation links, and the "Edit Event" button. The "Edit Event" button will allow you to change anything in the event setup workflow.

Event Attendees

The next tab under the Attendee Information page is the Event Attendees tab. This will show you all employers who have registered for the event, as well as how many schedules - if any - have been submitted.

You have the ability to select the pop-out button next to the number of jobs submitted to view and edit the jobs posted by employers.

From this page, you can also add late registrations or export the table as a .csv.

Employer Schedules

The next tab under the Attendee Information page is the Employer Schedules tab. This includes a list of all jobs submitted by all employers.

Use the column management tool to the far right of the table to select which columns appear in your table. These will export along with the table if you select the "Export as .csv" button.

Select the pop-out button under the registration status column to view and edit the posted job.

If you'd like, you can also send emails. After selecting at least one employer, the Send Email dropdown will become active. Here, you can send a registration reminder email to employers or an interviewer information request email.

You can also export this table as a .csv file by selecting the "Export as .csv" button

Student Bids

The final tab under the Attendee Information page is the Student Bids tab. This tab shows all student applications for the entire event, listed separately for each job.

From left to right, you can first select the the student's name to view their profile.

You will see multiple rows for each student, each containing their separate ranking of each bid.

From this page, you can add late student registrations, export the table as a .csv, or send the application deadline reminder email.

Each column contains different pieces of information about the student and the employer they placed a bid on. Select the column management tool to the far right of the table to choose what columns you would like to hide or expose:

You can select the pop-out next to the student bids column to view and edit the student's bids.

Time Block Assignments

The time block assignments page only has one tab. This tab allows you to view and edit time block assignments for employers, or send emails notifying them that they've been assigned a time block.

Event Schedule

The Event Schedule tab will become available once you run the lottery from the Lottery Matches tab.You can run the lottery and create your schedule once student bids are in. Once it is launched, you can also view and edit the schedule from the Event Schedule tab:

Select each employer job on the left side of the screen to view the schedule. Select the email employer schedule dropdown to copy or send the schedule to one of the interviewers or employers on this schedule, or to another email.

Select the edit schedule button to manually make changes to the schedule.

Select the email event schedules dropdown to email the event schedule to all students, all interviewers, or all event attendees.

Lottery Matches

From the Lottery Matches tab, you'll be able to run your lottery, re-run your lottery, run your opt-in lottery, and view the results:

You can view the results by matched bids, unmatched bids, or all bids.

This table is also exportable!

Use the "Viewing Results" dropdown to view different lottery results from different runs of the lottery.
