Once students have submitted their bids, you will be able to review them from the Student Bids tab:

Here, you can sort the bids by using the arrows at the top of any column.

Note that this table is exportable by selecting "Export as .csv"

Viewing and Editing Rankings

If you wish to view individual student's rankings, select the open new tab icon next to their ranking:

Note: If you do not see this column, use the column management tool to select to show "Ranking":

This will take you to the student view, where you are able to view their rankings. If the bidding period is open, you will see an "Edit Preferences" and "Edit Rankings" button that will allow you to change the preference for and ranking order of bids on behalf of the student:

Note that after the bidding period is closed, you will not be able to edit student's rankings. However, you will still be able to edit the preferences.

Select "Edit Preferences" to change the students' office location and practice area preferences for each job they've placed a bid on:

By selecting "Edit Rankings", you will be taken to the following screen where you can use the arrows to reorder the student's rankings:

Finalize new rankings by selecting "Submit Rankings".

Viewing and Editing Student Materials

You can also review and edit student materials if needed. Edit student materials by clicking the new tab icon next to any of their rankings and then selecting "View Details" under any job:

This will give you the option to either replace an existing file, or upload a new one. If a document has already been uploaded, you can select the document name to download it:
