Getting Started

To create a new review cycle:

  1. Click Create Review Cycle

  2. Add a Title and Description (supports rich text formatting)

  3. Configure the stages of your cycle:

    • Self-evaluations

    • Reviewer Evaluations and Reviewer Selections

At the bottom, you may choose whether or not to require a reason when reviewers decline a request for evaluation.

    • Reviewer Eligibility Rules

You may also choose any exceptions at this stage:

  • Allow reviewees to select their own reviewers (optional)

Admins can also manually assign reviewers if preferred. Once created, you can edit the cycle at any time. Once these settings are saved, you can click "Next" to set up evaluations.

Reviewer Visibility

Step 3 of the cycle set up is Reviewer Visibility. This allows you to select what forms and questions you want reviewers to see when filling out consensus evaluations for reviewees.

The Reviewer Visibility step is required for setting Consensus Stage visibility. Admins must choose what Consensus Reviewers are able to see in the slideouts when filling out Consensus Stage Evaluation Forms.

Select which forms to include, and which questions to show from each form. Rating questions and questions marked as Sensitive are automatically disabled from selection until the setting checkboxes are enabled.

This is also the step where you may allow consensus reviewers to see the composite scores in the reviewee slide-out:

Release Visibility

Step 4 of the cycle is Release Visibility which allows you to select what forms and questions you want reviewees to see when the evaluations are released.

You can also choose to:

  • Make reviewers anonymous

  • Enable questions marked as sensitive

    • These can only be viewed by admins

  • Enable rating questions

    • If the rating questions are not enabled, they will appear grey and won't be shown to reviewees.

Finalizing the Review Cycle

After confirming your questions, click "Next" to review your cycle details. You’ll see a summary screen where you can review your setup:

From here, you are ready to add your reviewees and reviewers!
