Lottery - University Admin: Student Self Scheduling

The next step in our Lottery events is now available: self-scheduling for students! If enabled, once the lottery has been run and students can view their schedule, they have the ability to sign up for empty time slots to interview with employers without assistance from the university admin. This feature increases the opportunity for students to secure more interviews with employers while freeing up valuable admin time.

In order to enable this, navigate to your event timeline in step 3 of event setup, or editing your event. The self-schedule settings will be towards the bottom of your timeline:

To turn this on, select the "Included" toggle in the top righthand corner. Then, you can add the dates within which the self-schedule period will occur.

If you turn this on, you will also have the option to enable and customize an email letting students know that this period has begun:
