If your school has elected to hold a self-schedule period, you’ll be able to view and book interviews for employer jobs that have empty interview time slots.

If the self-scheduling period has begun, you’ll receive an email from your school letting you know you can begin scheduling interviews with employers who have availability. This email will contain a clickable link directing you to Your Schedule on Flo.

View list of employers with open interviews by clicking on the VIEW JOB OPENINGS button in the left sidebar.

You’ll be taken to the Self-Scheduling page where you’ll find a list of employer jobs with available interview time slots that you’re qualified to book.

Click “Only Show Unmatched Bids” to filter the list to only show those you weren’t original matched with who now have open interviews available for self-schedule.

View information on each job by selecting the view details button:

Number of available interview spots will be displayed next to the job tile.

Note, you have the ability to upload required documents at this time, but you do not have to. You will have the ability to upload once you’ve booked the interview. You’ll also be able to update your documents leading up to the interview.

Select "Upload File" to upload your documents now. After doing so, you can select "Replace" if you need to make any changes to your upload.

Select, “View Available Slots” to open pop-up to view a jobs available interview slots.

You can compare your current scheduled interviews (right side) to the available interview time slots on the left.

Note, you if a time slot you’re interested in is greyed out, this means that it interferes with one of the schedule conflicts you added. In order to book the interview time, you must remove the conflict. LINK to steps for removing schedule conflicts.

When you’re ready to book the interview slot, click on one of the available time slots, and then click on “Claim Time Slot” or “Next”:

If the job has more than one office location or practice area listed, this will open a small pop-up where you'll need to submit your preferences. You need to add at least one choice for your practice area and office location:

After your first choice, you can add additional choices if you wish. Once you are done, you can select "Save and Claim Time Slot”.

You’ll see a message in the bottom right letting you know the time slot has been booked with a link to update your required documents if you wish to do so.

Note, you can always edit your office and practice area preferences in bulk by selecting "Edit Preferences":

This will open another pop-up where you can edit preferences for each job that you’re currently interviewing for:

If it’s during the self-schedule period, but your job list is empty and looks like this, self schedule has not been turned on for this event:

Note, you can always remove your schedule conflicts to increase your availability

Cancelling interviews, in the unfortunate case where you have to cancel one of your interviews, if you’re school has the option to cancel interviews enabled, then you can follow these steps to cancel your interview (LINK).
