Late Registration
Starting May 31st, 2024, you will no longer need to reopen Employer Registration for all employers to register a single employer after the Employer Registration Deadline has PASSED.
The employer will have limited functionality depending on when they are added to the event and CANNOT be added after the Scheduler has been run and confirmed. The employer may require additional support from you during the registration and job creation process. You can now register the employer using the late registration process outlined below.
Once the Employer Registration Deadline has PASSED, an Add Late Registration
button will appear on the Event Attendees table.
Click on the Add Late Registration
button to open a modal where you will input the employer’s email you would like to register. Next, click on the Send Registration Email
button to register the employer.
NOTE: If you receive the following error message, you will need to reach out to your employer contact and ask them to have their Flo Recruit account admin add the contacts email as an admin on their account. Once the contact has been added as an admin to their account, you can register the employer for the event.
Once you have sent the registration email to the employer successfully, you’ll see the following message in the top right corner of your screen.
The EMPLOYER will need to click on the Confirm Email
link in the registration email to complete the registration process.
Job Creation
Next, you will need to create and submit new jobs on behalf of the employer for the event, since the employer is not able to create and submit new jobs themselves.
The employer will appear on the Event Attendees table once they’ve completed the registration process. Click on the link in the ‘Jobs Submitted’ column to navigate to the employer’s Job List.
Next, click on the + New Job
button to create a new job(s) for the employer.
Once you’ve completed the job creation process (saved all sections), you can update the registration status to APPROVED by clicking on the registration status dropdown in the header. The job must be marked as APPROVED and you must assign the employer to time blocks before it will be visible to students.
