My camera or microphone is not working.

For immediate assistance, use the blue in-app chat in the bottom left corner of the screen. Typically, you will want to ensure that the correct device is selected for both your camera and microphone. You can check this by clicking on the down caret next to each icon. Other possibilities are needing to allow permissions for your browser and device. You also need to disable your VPN, if applicable, and close out any other video conferencing apps.

What do I do if I need to reschedule?


Please contact the event organizer by referencing the email address listed at the bottom of your schedule email.

What do I need to do before my meeting?

We recommend reviewing your schedule email and testing out your camera and microphone by going to florecruit.com/video/testroom/

It is also advised that you restart your device at least 30 minutes prior to your meeting.

How do I access my meeting?

You will be sent an email with your schedule and both a link and button to join your meeting. You will not need to create a login. You will only be able to join 2 minutes prior to the start of your meeting. Make sure to note the timezone that the interview will take place in as well.

Can I view the chat after leaving my meeting?

No, you cannot. However, know that there is an option to download a copy of the chat prior to leaving the meeting. If you left before getting the information you need, you may want to consider reaching out to the event organizer for further questions. Their email address can be found listed at the bottom of your schedule email.

Where can I see the names of my interviewers?

The names of your interviewers will typically be listed on your schedule, both in the email and on the side panel within the meeting room.

How do I upload my documents?

Click on the link or button from your schedule email to join your meeting room. You will be prompted to upload documents right away. If you clicked this prompt away, simply click on the blue “Upload Documents” button in the top left corner. Note that you can upload the same file for all employers or customize it for each employer.
