The Student & Alumni Directory is your central hub for accessing every student and alumni record in Flo. Whether you're building a targeted outreach list before OCI, tracking recruiting trends across cohorts, or just looking up a student's contact info quickly, this is the place to start.
The Student & Alumni Directory is an upgraded version of the previous Student List page. You'll find it at Students & Alumni in your navigation on the left-side of the page!
Navigating to the Directory
From your account, select Students & Alumni in the left navigation bar. This opens the directory table, which loads with the following default columns:
Student Name
Primary Email
Student Phone #
Class Year
Graduation Year
Clicking a student's name will take you directly to their full Student Profile.
Searching for Students
Use the search bar at the top of the page to look up students by:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Results update as you type, so you can quickly narrow down to the student you're looking for.
Filtering the Directory
Need to find a specific group of students? Use the filter panel to narrow the list by one or more criteria.
You can filter by any data available on the Student Profile, including:
Student Information

Law School
Class Year
Graduation Year
LinkedIn Profile
Events & Interviews
Interview Programs (by program name)
Hosted Events (by event name)
Note: The table displays the total number of registered programs with the full list on hover. When you export the table, it displays the full list of programs!

Managing Columns
The directory is fully customizable — you control which columns are shown and in what order.
To add or remove columns:
Click the column management icon in the table header.
Select any data fields you'd like to display. You can expose any data captured on the Student Profile, including event names, interview names, law school, and more.
Drag to reorder columns as needed.
The table sorts by Student Last Name by default. Click any active column header to sort ascending or descending. Under this menu, you may also pin the column to the left or the right!
Bulk Actions
Once you've filtered down to the cohort you need, you can take action on the whole group at once.
To select students:
Use the checkbox next to individual names to select specific students, or
Use the top checkbox to select all students in the current filtered view.
Available bulk actions:
Export to CSV — Downloads a .csv file of all selected students, including all visible column data. Great for building contact lists or reporting.
Download Documents — Opens a modal where you can select one document type to download in bulk (e.g., resumes, transcripts). Documents download as a .zip file.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't I see certain filter options? Filters pull from all data captured on the Student Profile. If a field hasn't been filled in for your students yet, it may not return results — but the filter option will still appear.
My filters disappeared. What happened? If you navigate away from the directory and the student profile, the filters will be removed. The best practice is to bookmark the url on your browser so you can share it out or return to that view later!
Can I filter by advisor assignment? Assigned Advisor filtering is coming in a future update. Stay tuned!
Where did the old Student List page go? The Student List has been upgraded and moved to the new Student & Alumni Directory at /students. All your existing data is still there — it's just faster and easier to work with now.
Why don't I see an option to merge duplicates anymore? The student profile merge feature is temporarily unavailable in this release. We're working on an improved version and will make it available again soon!
