If you are an admin who has access to both Flo Recruitment and Flo Performance Management, you will see this screen upon logging in:
Click "Access Performance" to enter the Flo Performance Management platform.
From there, you will be taken to the main Review Cycles dashboard:
In this table, you can:
Filter results to narrow your focus
Customize visible columns
Quickly access and manage review cycles by clicking on their title:
At the top of the page, you will see a 'My Organization' tab:

On the side panel, you will see multiple function options:
If you are an admin who is participating in a cycle, you may click 'My Reviews' to see any evaluations you have been assigned. This will open up a separate window that reflects what the non-admin view is.
'Questions and Forms' is where your evaluation forms can be created before adding them to a cycle. For more information on this, visit this article!
