Where You Can Send One-Off Custom Emails

One-Off Custom Emails let you send emails directly from Interview Management tables. This tool is designed for fast, in-the-moment communication with students and employers.

One-Off Custom Emails can be sent from the following areas in Interview Management:

  • Event Attendees Table

  • Employer Schedules Table

  • Student Bids Table

Sending from the Event Attendees Table

First, navigate to the Event Attendees tab. Then, select one or more rows and click the Send Custom Email button:

Alternatively, you can simply click "Send Custom Email" to choose recipients as you compose:

From there, review the recipients, compose your message, and click next to confirm and send:

Sending from the Employer Schedules Table

Navigate to the "Employer Schedules" table and select the employers you would like to contact. Click "Send Email" then choose the "Send custom email" option.

From there, confirm recipients and send your message:

Sending from the Student Bids Table

To send, go to the Student Bids table, select the relevant students, choose the Send Email option:

Then confirm recipients and send your message:

Recipient Behavior and Visibility

  • When multiple recipients are added to the To field, each person receives an individual email.

  • Recipients will not see who else received the email unless addresses are added to CC.

  • Use CC when visibility between recipients is intentional.

Current Limitations

At this time, One-Off Custom Emails do not support:

  • Rich-text formatting

  • Attachments

  • Email analytics or reporting

  • A saved template library beyond basic text templates
