Viewing your Matches

After the hosting organization generates the schedule, you will receive an email once your matches/draft schedule are available to view. This email will contain a clickable link that will take you to your event page.

After selecting "View Matches" in this email, you will see one of two screens. If you see the below, this unfortunately means that you were not scheduled for any interviews:

This may occur due to two main reasons:

  1. The event is 100% pre-select and you were not selected by any employers to interview.

  2. You entered conflicts that made you unavailable for any of the postings that you bid on. This could be possible if your conflicts were especially long and/or if the employers' availability was especially short.

Otherwise, you will be taken to your "My Schedule" page. A pop-up will appear here letting you know that your matches are in:

After clicking "View Schedule", you will first view your matched jobs. Here, if you have not already uploaded non-required documents, you can upload these documents in bulk by selecting the "Upload Documents" button, or upload them one-by-one by selecting "View Details on each respective job":

The "Upload Documents" button takes you to the following page, where you can upload in bulk or individually:

Back to the "My Schedule" page! From here, you can also view your Unmatched Jobs:

These will specify which rank you had selected for the job. Additionally, you can still view more details on each posting.

Cancelling Interviews

The hosting organization may decide to opt-into the student cancellation period. This is an optional setting that gives students a period of time in which they have the ability to cancel any scheduled interviews after the schedule has been created. If this setting has been turned on, you may receive an email letting you know that the cancellation period has begun, and you can follow the link in this email to cancel any existing interviews.

Note: Again, your school or organization may not have decided to turn this setting on. Thus, it may not be available to you. In this case, if you need to cancel an interview, please reach out to the event organizer to do so.

If you are in the cancellation period, you will see this note at the top of your screen:

To cancel an interview, select "View Details":

Then, select "Cancel Interview":

Selecting this will open a pop-up asking you to confirm once again that you'd like to cancel:

After doing so, you are all set.

Once you have uploaded all necessary documents and cancelled interviews (if you wish to do so), you are all set to attend your event. Closer to the scheduled event date, you will receive an email with your link to join your calls.
