New to Flo Recruit is our Reporting page! Here, you'll be able to view event and interview stats, run conversion reports, and do even more filtering on your candidate pool!

Navigating the Reporting Page

On the navigation bar, you will now find an icon labeled Reporting, which replaces the previous Stats icon:

Non-ATS Customers

As a Non-ATS customer, you will see:

Events & Interviews Stats

Clicking this option directs you to the Events & Interviews Stats page, where you can view statistics related to your events and interviews:

Once View Stats is clicked, you will be directed to the Stats page:

ATS Customers

If you are an ATS customer, you will see three options:

  • Candidate Filters: Filter candidates even further and pull exports that aren't available on the candidate's page

  • Conversion Report: This allows you to generate detailed cross-job conversion reports.

  • Events & Interviews Stats: This leads to the Events & Interviews Stats page, shown above

Candidate Filters

Most candidate filters now live on your reporting page. Using them will be the exact same process as it was previously, the only thing that has changed is the location!

All of your filters will live under the "Filters" button on your candidate's tab:

From here, you can create, apply, and save filters. All filters will follow the same basic format: category, operator, and value.

There are multiple categories that you can filter from including:

  • Activity: Candidate Last Activity Date. This encompasses both jobs and events. It is a way to track the date of all of their interactions with the firm.

  • Job information: Position status, process year, hiring lead(s), department(s), office(s), position type(s)

  • Internal Fields: This list will include any internal fields that exist in the Settings

  • Qualifying Questions: This list will include any qualifying questions that exist in the Settings

  • Events: Events (title), event date, event registration date, event interviewers, interview date, event status (registered, attended, no show, etc.)

  • Application Questions: This list will include any application questions that exist in the Settings

  • Candidate Jobs: Jobs (title), application date, application source, job status

  • Agency: Agency contact name, agency name

  • Documents: This will list all of your document types and you will be able to see if this document exists or not for the candidate(s)

For more information on candidate filters, please refer to this help article.

Generating and Understanding the Conversion Report

Running the Conversion Report

  1. Select the Conversion Report Option: Click on Conversion Report within the Reporting module.

  2. Choose Jobs: A modal will appear where you can search for and select the jobs you would like to include in the report:

  3. Click Submit: This will generate the Conversion Report.

Analyzing the Conversion Report

The Conversion Report consists of two main parts:

Sankey Graph

The Sankey graph visually represents how candidates flow through the pipeline for the selected jobs.

Yield Rates: The graph displays two key metrics:

  • Offer Accepted Yield Rate: Percentage of candidates who received an offer and were hired.

  • Offer Declined Yield Rate: Percentage of candidates who received an offer and either withdrew, canceled, or declined.

  • Note: Candidates must go through the Offer bucket in order to be counted in the yield calculation.

  • The yield rates are calculated as follows:

    • % of candidates that went through the offer bucket and moved to hired

    • % of candidates that went through the offer bucket and moved to either: Withdrew, Canceled, or Declined.

    • Since we don't have specific information on where your firm categorizes candidates who decline an offer, we use general categories for candidates who end up withdrawing, canceling, or declining offers.

  • Hover Information:

    • Hover over dark colored bars to see the number of candidates in each status bucket.

    • Hover over lighter colored areas to see the number of candidates who moved to a status bucket further down the pipeline.

  • Different Pipeline Buckets Message: If selected jobs use different pipeline buckets, the following message will appear: "The pipeline buckets used for your selected jobs differ. This will impact the results of the graph.”

Candidate Movement Table

Overview:

Below the Sankey graph, you will find a table detailing how candidates move through the pipeline from either a law school perspective or source.

Law School and Source Reports:

Law School: Groups candidates by their law school and shows their pipeline movement.

Source: Groups candidates by their source and shows their pipeline movement.

If no law school or source was provided, candidates will be listed under "None."

Click to View Details: Click any value in the table to see the candidates that make up that total. Since the conversion report tracks how candidates progress through different stages, the status you see might not match the column you clicked on. Instead, it will show the candidate’s current status.

Example: Clicking a number in the "Interviewing" column for a source will show candidates who have moved through the Interviewing bucket. I will click the 1 in the interviewing column.

  • When you click on the "1" under the Interviewing column, a window will pop up showing which candidates moved through that stage with the source ‘Automatic Callback’.

  • For example, if the candidate Rickie Waters has moved from the Interviewing section, the window will show that his current status is ‘Rejected - Candidate Not Notified'. In this case, Rickie already went through the Interviewing bucket, and has now transitioned to ‘Rejected - Candidate Not Notified'.

Things to Note

  • Empty Reports: If no candidates or only candidates in the first bucket are available, the Sankey graph will not generate because Sankey graphs can only be generated when there has been forward movement in the pipeline.

  • Skipped Status Buckets:

If candidates skip status buckets, the Sankey graph will not accurately represent the pipeline flow. In this example, many candidates went from the applied bucket to the hired bucket, skipping the steps in between:

In the example below, a candidate was added to the job and placed in a status bucket further down the pipeline, skipping the applied bucket.

Rickie Waters was put directly into an interviewing status and then Rejected:

Offer Bucket Requirement:

Candidates must go through the Offer bucket to be included in the Offer accepted or Offer declined yield rates.

In the example below, there are 5 candidates in the Declined bucket. However, 3 of these candidates came directly from the Applied bucket and did not go through the Offer stage. Therefore, these 3 candidates are not included in the calculation of the Offer declined yield rate.
