From inside of any of your jobs, you can pull quite a few exports. The following article details the exports you can pull along with what is included in each of them. Let's get started.

Export Table

Unlike other table exports, this includes the candidate’s email address. You can customize the contents via the Column Management tool. It can be found in the 'Exports' dropdown menu:

Under the Column Management tool, you can choose from the following options:

  • Candidate Info: Name, Law School, Status, Last Status Update (date and time), Source, Agency Name, Date Applied

  • Internal Fields: You can create and customize these within the account Settings page. This information would be entered manually by your team and it would not be visible to the candidate.

  • Qualifying Questions: These questions are asked during networking and interview event registration. You can create and customize these within the account Settings page.

  • Application Questions: These questions are asked within the job application. You can create and customize these within the account Settings page.

  • Offer Date: You can enable the option to manually input this information from within the “Offer” bucket of the job’s pipeline template. Note that you must do this from within the Settings page prior to applying the pipeline template to the job. These fields could include offer date, offer expiration, and offer affirmation.

Status Report

This export provides a .csv file including:

  • Job title, candidate’s first and last name, email address, current job status, date applied, application source, name of agency and name of agency contact (if applicable), title(s) of event(s) the candidate has registered for, answers to application questions, and answers to qualifying questions

  • Note: This does NOT contain a history of the dates in which statuses were changed

It can be found in the 'Exports' dropdown menu:

Job (Document)

This export is used to email yourself a .zip file containing the candidate's document (resume, transcript, etc).

Note: If you do not see your desired document in the drop-down, you will first need to add it to the “Candidate Documents” section of your job application. You can do so by clicking “Edit Job” and navigating to the “Application” page.

It can be found in the 'Exports' dropdown menu:

Status Activity Report

This export will generate a .csv file with the candidate’s name, email address, law school, job title, date applied, and each status timestamp.

  • Note: If you do not see this export as an option, it means that none of the candidates’ statuses have been updated yet

It can be found in the 'Exports' dropdown menu:

Status Report Visual

When inside your job, if you scroll down to below the candidate table, you'll see a visual of your status report:

This will give you a visual representation of your data, showing you where your students are in terms of your pipeline.

Conversion Reports

The second tab in your visual reports page is the Conversion Report. For this report, you can see how your candidates are moving through the job pipeline by choosing either "Conversion by Law School" or "Conversion by Source". These options can be found by clicking on the job's title, then scrolling down to the bottom of the main job page:

It includes: The number of candidates, based on each school or source that moved into your various pipeline statuses.
