Document Collect - Students: Applying to Jobs

How students can apply to jobs by uploading documents to job postings.

Now that we have an understanding of how to access the event and the general layout, you can start applying for jobs as soon as the application period is open.

Your general event page view will look like this:

Note: if you experience an error, try switching to Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Note that there is an application limit on the lefthand side. However, since this is a document collect event, there is technically no limit on the amount of jobs you can submit documents to.

First, find a job that you would like to apply for and click View Details.

Here, you'll be able to see this job's details and submit your documents if you'd like to apply:

Below the job information, you will see the option to upload your documents when you are ready to do so. This will also indicate when the employer will be able to view the document:

Once you have uploaded all required documents, the Submit Application button becomes enabled:

You will need to confirm that you want to submit your application. As stated in the below screenshot, you will have up until the application period deadline to make any changes:

If you navigate back to the main event page, you will be able to apply to other positions.

Once you have finished applying/submitting documents, you are all set! Great job!
