Document Collect: Reviewing and Editing Student Documents

How University Admins can review and edit student documents for Document Collect events.

Once students have submitted their applications, you will be able to review them from the Student Applications tab:

You can review and edit student materials if needed. Note that students cannot edit their own documents after the application deadline. Thus, you could use this to help them update materials if needed.

Another instance where this may be useful is if you have an internal review period in between the student deadline and the date that employers are able to view documents.

To view an documents, click the button next to the Application Status column:

Next, click on the name of the document to download and view it:

If needed, you may click Replace to update this:
