If you're an employer attending an interview scheduling event that has elected to do document collect only, this help article will help you view and export the documents you've collected.

To view student documents, first log in to your Flo Recruit account and select the event. Once you have done so, if the student application or bidding period is closed, you'll be able to view the documents by selecting the "View Documents" button:

Note that if this button is not available, the period in which you can view documents is not yet open.

Once you select "View Documents", you will see a table that includes information from all of the students that have uploaded documents to your job:

This table includes lots of information which you can choose to show or hide by using the column management tool in the far right of the table. Note that when you export this table using the "Export as .csv" button, all selected information will export as well as student email addresses.

Clicking on the name of a student allows you to view their information in a small menu on the right side of the screen:

From this view, you can also use the arrow in the bottom of the menu to switch between students.

In order to export the student documents, select at least one candidate from your list, and then select the "Download Documents" button in the top righthand side of the application table:

This will send you an email with a link to download the documents.
