Accessing the Event

Welcome to Interview Scheduling in Flo! As a student, you will need to be invited via a registration link.

Once you have this link, you will be required to complete an email verification step. Enter your email on this screen:

You will then receive the following message, as well an email with a link to continue with registration:

After you click on the email verification link, you will be asked to provide some information about yourself. The required fields are first name, last name, class year, and graduation year. Note that your email will already be populated from the email verification step. Aside from the email address, you will be able to update this information later, if needed:

For Class Year, keep in mind that, if you recently finished your first year, you are now a rising 2L.

This will be important later on as you will only be able to view job postings that are relevant to your particular class year.

The Event Page

Once you submit this information, you will be taken to the page below. Let's get a general lay of the land before we dive into applying for jobs.

The information on the left hand side provides insight into how many applications you are allowed to submit, the event description, the current period of the event, and lastly, the start and end time of this current stage. Note that your school may opt to allow for a Review Period. This is when you would be able to browse job postings, but not be able to actually apply just yet:

Speaking of browsing, you can search for jobs based on employer, location, or practice area. Note that you will only see listing that are relevant to your class year.

If you click on My Information, you will be able to update your Personal Details, if needed. The only item that you cannot change is the email address due to the verification step. If you need to update this, go back through the email verification process to begin again:

Note: Since this event is a Preview Program, and you will not be attending interviews, you may ignore the "Schedule Conflicts" tab.

In another article, you will learn how to apply for a job.
