In order to submit candidates to a job on behalf of an agency, there are a few steps you'll need to take.

First, you'll receive a link from a firm inviting you to submit applications. Once you follow this link, you'll first need to enter your email to complete a verification step:

You will receive another email with a sign-in link. Once you follow that link, you will be brought back to your Flo Recruit home page, where you can view all positions that you have been granted access to by this firm!

Notice the filter options to the left of the page as well as the search bar and sorting capabilities.

When clicking into a job, you will be able to view all of the job details including the location, position type, and description. At the bottom of this page, there is an "Apply Now" button where you can input the candidate's information on their behalf!

You also have the ability to copy the link to this job description so that you can share with the candidate or other headhunters. You can switch back and forth between the application and job overview by clicking on the tabs in the upper righthand corner.

When filling out this application, you'll notice that some of the fields are required (marked by a red asterisk) and some are not. If you are missing any of these required fields, the system will give you an error if you try to submit.

Once you have finished your application and have submitted it successfully, you will receive a pop-up letting you know that you have submitted:
