Soliciting Matters

As an attorney, you may be asked to solicit matters or projects from the summer associates. To do so, the Program Owner will first provide you with a link.

Once you click on this link, you will need to verify your email:

Once you enter your email, you will be sent a message with a new link to click on. Once you do so, you will be prompted to fill out the Matter Details.

You will need to enter an identifying number for the Client and the Client Matter. You will also be required to customize the Matter Name:

Note in the above screenshot that you can also enter a description, designate the office location, practice area, and type of assignment.

Next, the Matter Timeline is where you will communicate an expected turnaround to the associate:

Lastly, you will need to designate yourself as the reviewing attorney:

You will be notified as soon as an associate is assigned to this matter. This notification will look something like this:

Completing Evaluations

Once an associate has completed a matter, you may receive accompanying documents either from the associate themselves or the Program Owner, if applicable.

You may also receive a notification that the matter has been marked as complete, along with a link to leave feedback. Here is an example of what that email might look like:

Once you click on the link, you will be able to click on the Submit Feedback button for that particular associate:

Once you successfully submit feedback, you will see a checkmark and the verbiage "Feedback Submitted." You will also be able to go back and edit this feedback, if needed:
