Soliciting Projects
As an attorney, you may be asked to solicit projects from the summer associates. To do so, the Program Owner will first provide you with a link.
Once you click on this link, you will need to verify your email:
Once you enter your email, you will be sent a message with a new link to click on. Once you do so, you will be prompted to fill out the Project Details.
You will need to enter an identifying number for the Client and the Client Project. You will also be required to customize the Project Name:
Note in the above screenshot that you can also enter a description, designate the office location, practice area, and type of assignment.
Next, the Project Timeline is where you will communicate an expected turnaround to the associate:
Lastly, you will need to designate yourself as the reviewing attorney:
You will be notified as soon as an associate is assigned to this project. This notification will look something like this:
Evaluation Portal
When you are assigned a Project Evaluation or a Program Evaluation, you will receive an email notification containing a direct link to the Evaluation Portal.
The portal has been redesigned for ease of use. Project Evaluations and Program Evaluations are now separated into labeled tabs, allowing you to quickly navigate between evaluation types.
From this updated view, you can easily track all evaluations—those that are pending, those that have been completed, and those that are newly requested.
Project Evaluations
Each project for which an evaluation is requested will appear in a collapsible section. Expanding a section reveals the summer associates associated with that project who require evaluation.
For each summer associate, you will see:
The date and time the evaluation was requested
The status of the evaluation: Pending or Completed
The date and time the evaluation was submitted (if applicable)
If the evaluation is still pending, a Submit Feedback button will appear. Once submitted, the evaluation will display the submission time along with an Edit Evaluation button in case updates are needed.
You can quickly find evaluations for specific summer associates using the search bar at the top of the portal. For instance, entering "Tina Gomez" will filter the view to show only her related evaluations.
Program Evaluations
Program Evaluations follow the same structure. You'll see the type of evaluation requested, along with a list of summer associates requiring feedback.
Once submitted, evaluations are automatically moved to the Completed section, helping you keep track of what’s been finalized.
