Depending on how your school has set up the event, you may receive a notification once employer decisions are available. In order to access these decisions, first, follow the link that has been emailed to you from the university. You can find this link in any email communications from the hosting university or consortium. Or, if you have a Forward account, login to this account and select the event to see decisions.

Once inside the event, you will be able to see employer decisions under the "Employer Jobs" section of the event.

If you are designated as an alternate, you will be able to view this under Other Applications. You will be able to accept or decline once the deadline has passed for the invited students. The date for this will be indicated on the left hand side:

If invited for an interview, you will easily be able to either accept or decline:

If you clicked this on accident, you will be able to switch over to decline as long as the deadline has not yet passed:
