Flo provides four virtual background options for participants in virtual events, including None (no background) and a Strong Blur option.
Note: Virtual backgrounds are only available when using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and are not supported on mobile devices.
To select a background:
Open the schedule email you received and click Join Virtual Room.
From your Virtual Lobby, click Join Call when it becomes available (two minutes before your interview start time).
In the camera preview screen, click Backgrounds.
A pop-up will appear where you can choose your preferred virtual background before joining the call.
Your selected virtual background will remain enabled as you move from one interview to the next. Before joining each interview, you'll see a camera preview where you can confirm that your background is still applied.
You can also change your background after joining a meeting. Click the arrow next to your Camera icon and select Choose Background. This will open the background settings, where you can choose from the same background options available in the preview screen.
