Flo Recruit is excited to announce our first ATS integration! Yay for partnership! :) We have provided step by step instructions to ensure an easy transition of data from Flo to Greenhouse.
Greenhouse Recruiting’s integration with Flo Recruit allows the transfer of candidates’ data (name, email, resume, answers to qualifying questions, events and feedback from your employees) from Flo Recruit into Greenhouse.. In this article, we will cover how to:

Configure User Setup Permissions in Greenhouse Recruiting
In order to enable the Greenhouse/Flo Recruit integration, you will need the developer permission “Can manage ALL organization’s API Credentials”.
Contact a Greenhouse user in your organization with Site Admin level permissions with the additional user-specific permission "Can edit another user's advanced permissions" to apply the API credential management permission to your account. Have the user with Site Admin level permissions edit your user account's permissions by navigating to the Configure icon (settings gear icon in upper right side of Greenhouse) > Users > Your Name.
When you signed up with Greenhouse, they gave one person at your company “Site Admin” level permissions. This individual should navigate to the Configure settings Icon, then to Users and click on an individual user's name. They would then open the Developer permissions dropdown and select “Can manage ALL organization’s API Credentials” so that a check is in the checkbox. When finished, click Save.
Create a Harvest API Key for the Greenhouse/Flo Recruit Integration
To create a Harvest API key for the integration, click on the Configure icon. Navigate to Dev Center on the left-hand panel. From the Dev Center page, click API Credential Management.
To finalize your Greenhouse Integration with Flo Recruit, please fill out the form located here. You will need your API Key & User ID, which is further explained below.
On the Manage API Key Permissions page, only select candidates. When finished, click Update. Your Harvest API key for the Greenhouse/Flo Recruit integration is created and configured.
Next, you will need to retrieve your user name. If you have a general user (like recruiting@) instead of a specific person (like jane@), we suggest you use the general user so that if the specific user ever leaves the organization, our integration remains intact. To retrieve the User ID, navigate to Configure Icon. Next, click Users. Then, click Export to Excel. In the Excel sheet, find the column that says User ID. Copy the User ID.
How to select candidates and integrate their data from Flo into Greenhouse
In Flo Recruit, go to your candidate database. Select the candidates you want to integrate into Greenhouse. Go to Export Options dropdown and select Export Selected Candidates to Greenhouse.
How to access Flo Recruit data in Greenhouse after Integration
To access Flo Recruit data in Greenhouse, go to the “More” menu (3 periods) at the top of the page and select Sourcing.
Go to “See all Candidates and Prospects”.
Select a candidate. Candidates’ email + resume will be at the top of their profile page, with registered events and answers to qualifying questions as candidate tags.
How to access Flo Recruit data in Greenhouse after Integration
Feedback from your employees will be under “Activity Feed” section. This data will include the name of the employee who left feedback, event title and date, rating and comments.
