As an Employer Admin, you may want to preview your event from a student's perspective before sharing it. There are a few ways you can test the registration experience and see how your event appears on Flo Forward.
Preview the Event Registration Page
You can preview the student registration experience using your event's Kiosk Mode, Registration, or Day-of link.
To access these links:
Navigate to the Events page and select the event you would like to preview.
Click the link icon in the upper-right corner of the event.
Select the link you would like to copy, such as the Registration Link or Day-of Link.
Open the link in your browser to view the page students will use.
You can also use the event's Kiosk Mode link to preview the registration experience.
Test the Registration Process
If you would like to go through the full registration process yourself, you can register using a subaddressed email if your email provider supports it.

This allows you to test another registration while still receiving messages at your regular inbox.
View the Event on Flo Forward
If your event is published to Flo Forward, you can create a test student account to see how the event appears to students on the event board.
Events Targeted to a Specific School
If an event is targeted specifically to students at a particular school, you may not be able to view the event from your test student account, even if you update the law school associated with the account.
This is because access to school-specific events also depends on having an email address with the appropriate school's email domain. For example, an event targeted specifically to Duke students may not appear for a test account that does not have a Duke email address.
This does not necessarily mean that the event is not visible to the intended students. If you would like to confirm that a school-specific event is appearing correctly on Flo Forward, please reach out to the Flo Support team. We can confirm the event's visibility for you.
What's the Difference?
The Registration, Day-of, and Kiosk Mode links are best for testing the registration experience students will complete.
A Flo Forward test student account can be used to see how events appear while browsing Flo Forward, but school-specific targeting may prevent you from viewing certain events yourself.
Using these options can help you review the student experience and confirm your event is ready to share.
