Consensus Reviewers can download a PDF packet of a reviewee’s evaluations directly from the consensus review, without needing an admin to generate it for them. The packet can include the reviewee’s self-evaluation and reviewer evaluations in one printable document.
Admins control whether this functionality is available for each review cycle, as well as which forms, questions, and information are included.
Enable PDF Export for Consensus Reviewers
There are two steps admins need to complete before Consensus Reviewers can download PDF packets.
Step 1: Enable Printing in the Review Cycle
Navigate to the desired Review Cycle and select Edit Cycle. In Step 3: Reviewer Visibility, locate the Consensus Reviewer settings.
Select Allow consensus reviewers to print consensus review packets.
From this section, you can also:
Choose whether to include composite scores in the PDF packet.
Set each evaluation form as Viewable and/or Printable.
Control which individual questions Consensus Reviewers can view and print.
Note: A form or question must be viewable to a Consensus Reviewer before it can be made printable. Additionally, allowing composite scores in the PDF packet is separate from allowing Consensus Reviewers to view composite scores within Flo.
Step 2: Create a Consensus Reviewer Packet Template
Next, navigate to the PDF Templates tab within the Review Cycle and select New Template.
Choose Consensus Reviewer Packet as the template type.
When creating the template, you can configure:
Reviewer Content: Choose whether responses are grouped by question or grouped by reviewer.
Template Settings: Choose whether to include:
Header: Document title and review period dates
Employee Data: Name, job title, department, office location, and effective class year
Table of Contents: Included when exporting more than one reviewee
Summary Table: Rating averages included when exporting more than one reviewee
Once you've configured your selections, save the template.
Note: If the Consensus Reviewer Packet template option is disabled, return to Step 3: Reviewer Visibility and make sure Consensus Reviewer PDF printing has been enabled for the cycle.
How Consensus Reviewers Download a PDF Packet
Once an admin has enabled printing and created the template, Consensus Reviewers have two ways to download a reviewee’s packet:
From the Consensus Review task list, select the three-dot menu on the reviewee's card and choose Download PDF Packet.
From within a Consensus Evaluation, select Download in the upper-right corner next to View Profile.
The downloaded packet will reflect the visibility, printability, and template settings configured by the admin.
Things to Know
PDF printing must be enabled individually for each Review Cycle; it is not a global organization setting.
Consensus Reviewers cannot print forms or questions they do not have permission to view.
Composite scores are not included unless Include composite scores in consensus review packets is enabled, even if Consensus Reviewers can see those scores within Flo.
A Consensus Reviewer Packet template must be created for the Review Cycle before Consensus Reviewers can download packets.
