Candidate Exports

Updated September 2026

Written by Kaylee Welling

Candidate exports allow admins to easily download and share candidate information directly from the Candidates page. Whether you need candidate data, job information, evaluations, or application documents, you can select the candidates you want to include and choose the appropriate export.

Accessing Candidate Exports

Navigate to the Candidates page and select the candidates you would like to include.

Once candidates are selected, click Actions. Under Exports, you will see the following options:

  • Export Table

  • Document Packet

  • Candidates Jobs

  • Candidate Evaluations

Your candidate selections will remain selected as you move between pages, making it easier to build the exact group of candidates you need before creating an export.

Export Table

Select Export Table to export the candidate information currently included in your Candidates table.

The only column options for this choice are:

  • Candidate Name

  • Email

  • Law School

  • Phone Number

Before exporting, you can use the available filters, search, and columns to narrow down and customize the candidate information you need.

Document Packet

Document Packets allow you to compile documents for a selected group of candidates into one organized packet and send it directly to members of your firm.

To create a Document Packet:

  1. Select the candidates you would like to include.

  2. Click Actions.

  3. Under Exports, select Document Packet.

  4. Configure your packet.

When creating your packet, you can:

    • Add a cover page.

    • Add a table of contents.

    • Select which candidate documents should be included.

    • Choose the order in which documents appear.

    • Organize candidates by candidate last name or law school.

    • Send the completed packet directly to members of your firm.

When creating a Document Packet from the Candidates page, the available document options include documents that have been created for your organization.

Important: Document Packets are one-time packets. Unlike Candidate Review, the packet cannot be accessed again through Flo after the email is sent. The emailed link is the way to access the packet. If another packet is needed, admins can generate and send a new one at any time.

  5. Select the firm members who should receive the packet.

  6. Send the packet. This will send a link via email.

Candidates Jobs

Select Candidates Jobs to export job information associated with the candidates you selected. This option can be helpful when you need to review or analyze the jobs associated with a particular group of candidates. The view includes the candidate contact information, job titles, events, application questions and qualifying questions.

This export is a CSV downloaded directly to your computer.

Example:

Candidate Evaluations

Select Candidate Evaluations to export evaluation information associated with your selected candidates. This allows admins to review candidate feedback outside of the Candidates page or share evaluation information as needed.

This export is a CSV link sent via email.

Creating a Document Packet from a Job

Document Packets are also available directly from the Job Details page.

When creating a packet from Job Details, you are already working within the context of a specific job. Because of this, the documents available to include in your packet are limited to the documents configured for that job application.

This allows you to quickly compile and distribute application materials for candidates associated with a particular job without leaving the Job Details page.

Candidate List vs. Job Details Document Packets

The main difference is which documents are available:

Candidates Page: Document options include documents that have been created for your organization.

Job Details: Document options are scoped to the documents configured for that specific job application.

Both options allow you to create a clean, consistently formatted packet of candidate materials and send it directly to members of your firm.
