Yes! Flo Forward is available to students across law schools and is not limited to students whose schools are Flo clients.
Where are job opportunities on Flo Forward sourced from?
Job opportunities on Flo Forward may be posted directly by employers or sourced from publicly available job listings on employer websites.
Our goal is to centralize legal career opportunities so candidates can more easily discover and keep track of positions that may be relevant to them.
Do I have to be a Flo client to have my jobs listed on Forward?
No. Flo Forward is not limited to Flo employer partners.
However, employers using Flo for applicant tracking may provide candidates with a more streamlined application experience directly through Flo. For other opportunities, candidates may be directed to the employer's website to complete their application.
Is Forward only for law firms?
No. Flo Forward includes opportunities from law firms, public interest organizations, and other legal employers.
Opportunities may include summer and student positions, clerk roles, attorney positions, and other legal career paths. Available opportunities vary based on employer postings and candidate eligibility.
How often are job listings updated?
We monitor job postings and update listings regularly to help ensure candidates can access relevant opportunities.
What information can candidates see about my organization?
Your Flo Forward profile can help candidates learn more about your organization and recruiting opportunities. The information available may vary based on the details provided for your profile and any jobs or recruiting opportunities associated with your organization. The information will also be different based on the tier of profile you have! This can range from showing your practice areas, diversity & inclusion information, jobs, etc.
Can we post jobs directly to Flo Forward?
Employers can use Flo Forward to share opportunities with candidates. Depending on your organization's setup, candidates may either apply directly through Flo or be directed to your organization's website to complete their application.
What information does Flo collect from candidates?
Candidates create a profile to access Flo Forward and receive opportunities relevant to their interests. Profile information may include email, phone number, class year, preferred practice areas, preferred office locations, GPA, and optional demographic information.
Candidate profile information can be used to help surface relevant opportunities and better understand candidate interests and activity.
Will employers receive candidate data from Flo Forward?
Flo does not share personally identifiable candidate profile information, such as a candidate's name or email address, simply because the candidate viewed an employer's job or profile.
Flo may report generalized, anonymized information, such as candidate interests, preferred practice areas, preferred office locations, GPA, or demographic information, to help employers better understand engagement with their opportunities.
When a candidate chooses to apply, register, or otherwise provide information to an employer through a recruiting process, the information associated with that process may be available to the employer.
How does Flo keep data secure?
Flo is SOC 2 Type II audited, and we take our responsibility for data security seriously.
