At this time, the Zoom meeting ID and password are not displayed directly in the Flo interview invite. If you need these details to connect a conference room or join via phone, you can access them after joining the Zoom meeting.
Find the Zoom Meeting ID and Password
Join the Zoom call from the Flo interview invite.
Click the up arrow next to Participants.
Select Invite.
Locate the meeting ID and password in the invite window.
Use or share these details to connect to the interview.
Find Phone Dial-In Information
If you need to join the interview by phone:
Join the Zoom call.
Click the up arrow next to the Microphone.
Select Switch to Phone Audio.
Zoom will display the phone number and dial-in information needed to join the meeting by phone.
Feature Request
We recognize that having the Zoom meeting ID and password available directly in the Flo interview invite would make hybrid interviews and conference room setup easier. This functionality can be submitted as a feature request for future consideration!
