Sharing and Editing the Review Cycle
Need to make changes to the Review Cycle's settings? Click the three dots in the upper right corner and click "Edit Review Cycle".
To share the link to the Review Cycle, click "Copy Link to Review Cycle":
To export a PDF of the cycle, first navigate to 'PDF Templates' in the top bar and select 'New Template':
From here, you may choose which type of PDF template you'd like to create:
You may customize what you would like to include in the export. For example, which evaluation forms, questions, header, employee data, etc. You may create multiple templates as well. Once you have selected your options, you may click 'Save Template' on the bottom right.
Once saved, it will populate in the list of PDF templates. From here, you may edit or delete the template.
To utilize the template, navigate back to the Reviewee or Reviewer table, select which people you would like to export and click Actions. Under Actions, select 'Export PDF'.
This will open a pop-up to select your template from the drop down and the format of the export:
You may also export the Reviewee and/or the Reviewer table as a .csv.
1) Select those in the table you want to export.
2) Click Actions.
3) Select Export .csv
Exporting Evaluations as CSV
You may also export the questions and answers from a cycle's evaluations as a CSV or an Excel workbook.
1) Open the review cycle and navigate to the reviewee table.
2) Click Actions.
3) Select Export Evaluations.
In the pop-up, select which form or forms you would like to include and choose your file format. The file will download directly to your computer.
Things to note:
Excel exports contain one workbook per reviewee, with a sheet for each stage form. Excel exports are .xlsx only.
If you select multiple reviewees, the files will download together in a zip.
Self-evaluations export in a vertical layout, separate from the reviewer evaluation layout.
Only submitted and finalized evaluations are exported. Declined, draft, and not-started reviewers are left out, so your file count may be lower than you expect. The pop-up shows the count before you download, and the Export button is disabled when nothing in your selection qualifies.
Rich text answers are flattened to plain text, and multiple-select answers come out in a single cell.
