Performance Management: Reviewer Guide

Written by Kaylee Welling

You will log into Flo through one of the following methods:

  1. Receive an account activation email: This will be sent from Flo directly and will contain a link to create a password.

  2. Receive a "forgot password" link from a member of your team: This will be a similar process, but will come from your team directly and will use a different link.

  3. Use SSO: If your firm has Single Sign-On enabled, you should only need to click a button to log in.

Once you log into Flo, you will see which cycles you have been assigned to:

After clicking 'Get Started', you will be brought to a page that lists out each Reviewee you have been assigned an evaluation for:

You may click 'Start Evaluation' or 'Decline Request'.

When filling out an evaluation, you may view details on the Reviewee by clicking 'View Profile':

This will open a slide-out with any self evaluation they have filled out or matters they are involved in where you are listed as the attorney:

Once you have filled out all required answers, you may click 'Submit Evaluation' on the bottom of the page:

A button on every evaluation form lets you save a PDF. Note: this is a clean version of the browser's print PDF functionality and does not account for any admin-configured visibility settings.

If you choose to decline an evaluation, and your admin has required reasoning for this, you will see this pop-up:

Note: The reason will only be visible to admins! They are not surfaced to other reviewers or to the reviewee.

Additional Reviews

Reviewers can now give evaluations to unassigned reviewees during a reviewer evaluation stage. Click the New Evaluation:

This will open the employee list. Select which reviewees you'd like to submit an evaluation for.

Selecting a single user will dive straight into the evaluation form assigned to that reviewee. Once submitted, you can continue to edit their evaluation form until the reviewer evaluation stage has closed.
