When you log into Flo, you will see which cycles you have been assigned to. You may click the 'Get Started' button to start your evaluation:
Once you have filled it out, you can click 'Submit Evaluation' to move forward. Or you may save it as a draft to come back and finish later:
After submission, you will be brought to a page where you may edit your evaluations.
On this page is a separate tab for evaluations received. Depending on your cycles release visibility, you will be able to see what reviewers have said in their evaluations of you by clicking 'View Evaluation'.
