When you log into Flo, you will see which cycles you have been assigned to. You may click the 'Get Started' button to start your evaluation:
Once you have filled it out, you can click 'Submit Evaluation' to move forward. Or you may save it as a draft to come back and finish later:
After submission, you will be brought to a page where you may edit your evaluations.
Depending on your cycles settings, there may also be a section to choose additional reviewers that you would like to leave you an evaluation. You may do so by clicking 'Edit Reviewer Selections'.
From here, click 'New Request'.
Select from the dropdown the reviewers name and leave any comments you'd like:
On this page is a separate tab for evaluations received. Depending on your cycle's release visibility, you will be able to see what reviewers have said in their evaluations of you by clicking 'View Evaluation'.
