How do I get access?
A member of your team will send you a link. We recommend bookmarking this link. You will be taken to a screen like the one shown below:
Enter your email. If you would like to remain signed in for up to 90 days, click the "Remember this device" box. Click Submit. A magic link will be sent to your email.
I received an error message when signing in, what do I do?
If you received the below error message, reach out to a system administrator to request that they add you as a contributor to the program first.
How do I create a project?
Click on the New Project button and select "Create Manually."
Once the project is created, it will populate in the projects table.
How do I assign a summer associate to a project?
Once a project is created, click on it from the Projects table:
From here, you will see an "Add Summer Associates" button. You can search for and select from all summers in the program. If you only see some summers, you may have been assigned to a specific group.
How do I view evaluations?
From the Summer Associates tab, click on an associate. You may review their evaluations in the slide-out panel.
If you prefer an export of the evaluations, ask your system administrator about the "Candidate Review" option. You can also export the evaluations as a .csv yourself via the Summer Associates tab under Bulk Actions:
How can I see at at high level which evaluations are outstanding?
Bulk select the summers from the Summer Associates table. Under the Bulk Action drop-down, select Export evaluations as .CSV.
In an external application, such as Excel, sort the Evaluation Status column by Not Submitted.
How can I export a list of summer associates?
Bulk select the summers from the Summer Associates table. Under the Bulk Action drop-down, select Export Summer Associates Table .CSV
How can I export a list of projects?
Bulk select the summers from the Projects table. Under the Bulk Action drop-down, select Export Projects Table .CSV
Can I remove a summer associate from a project?
Yes, click on the project from the Projects table. You will see a trashcan icon next to the summer associate's name.
How do I delete a project?
Click on the project from the Projects table. You will see a "Delete Project" button in the top-right corner.
How do I complete an evaluation?
From the program's main page, click on Copy Program Links and "Copy Attorney Feedback Link:"
Paste this link into a new tab in your browser. Here, you can view, edit, and submit your feedback.
Note that you will typically receive an email to complete your feedback once a project is marked as complete regardless. If you do not see any feedback that needs to be completed, but are expecting to, make sure that you are designated as the "assigning attorney" for the project and that it is marked as complete. To do so, go back to the main Projects table and click on the desired project.
From here, click Edit Project. Select yourself from the drop-down of the Assigning Attorneys at the bottom of the form.
Finalize by clicking Edit Project.
Mark the project as "Completed:"
Refresh your "Attorney Feedback Link" tab. You will now see the project you just marked as complete and can submit your feedback.
