Offers within Flo:

The Track Applications page now has a status filter and a status dropdown:

The status filter is multi-select and will show any application in that status.

Each job application has a dropdown to track the status of the process.

  • Students are not required to move through statuses sequentially; they can go straight from ‘Applied’ (default state) to ‘Offer Accepted’.

If a student has consented to share data with their school, the school will see all the information that the student reports.

There are also different sorting options:

  • ‘Recently Applied’ → Sorted by job application date

  • ‘Recently Updated’ → Sorted by last status update

  • Firm Name A-Z / Z-A

Offers outside of Flo:

  • Manually add an application to record offers or job activity that didn't originate in Forward. These entries appear on the My Applications tab alongside automatic records.

    • You can do this from the ‘Add’ button on the ‘Track Applications’ page, as well as from the Forward dashboard itself.

  • Manually add an interview to capture interviews that took place outside the platform. Manual interviews show up on your dashboard next to system-tracked interviews.

    • To do so:

      1) Change your status to an interview stage by clicking the down caret:

      2) Click the three dots next to the job name and then select 'Edit'

      3) Then click, 'Continue' or you may change the status from this page as well:

      4) A new popup will appear allowing you to input Interview Details. Once entered, select 'Save Interview'.

  • Edit or delete manual entries from an the three dot menu on each row of the applications list.
