Indeed can automatically collect and display your open jobs by scraping them directly from your Flo ATS Careers Page. This ensures your job listings stay up to date on Indeed without requiring manual posting or ongoing maintenance. This article walks you through the steps and requirements for configuring Indeed to scrape jobs from your Flo ATS.
Sign up for an Indeed Employer Account. If you don’t already have one, it’s free.
2. Once in your Indeed employer dashboard, click Contact us to contact Indeed to request having your careers page with the jobs listed “indexed” to Indeed. Indexed means that any public job on your careers page will automatically be posted to Indeed.
3. In the message you write to Indeed, include the link to the main careers page + the URL of the jobs listing provided by your Flo Recruit ATS
4. You may need to wait up to 7 business days to hear back from Indeed.
5. After your wait period, you will receive an email from Indeed confirming that your jobs are now being indexed. The indexing feed looks at your careers page every 6 hours, so there may be a 6 hour delay after you receive the email before your jobs start appearing on Indeed. The jobs indexed from your careers page will also automatically show up in your Indeed Employer Dashboard.
