How students bid on employers in Flo Recruit
In an Interview Management event, students do the following:
View participating employers' job opportunities
Review job descriptions
Rank order employer job opportunities (only applicable for 100% or partially lottery events)
The higher up your job opportunity is on a student's list, the more likely the job opportunity is to land on the student's interview schedule.
After a student submits their ranked list of job opportunities, the Flo Recruit Lottery creates interview schedules optimized for the students' top choice employers and the available interview schedules.
*Note* If the event is 100% Preselect, students will be able to rank bids in their list, however, it will not be considered in the pre-select scheduler and you as an employer will have no access to the rankings.
