Now you can post new events to the Forward Event Board for your students, and view the Event Board directly from your Flo Recruit account!
The Event Board option is located in the menu within your University account:
How to Post an Event
After navigating to the event board within your account, click the '+ Post Event' button in the upper right corner of the page:
From there, you can choose if this is a Firm-hosted event, or a School event:
**Note: The events you post will only be visible to students who have selected your school on their Forward profile, regardless of whether or not the event is technically open to multiple schools.
Firm-Hosted Events
To post an event on behalf of a firm, click 'Firm-hosted event' then fill out the following information the firm has provided about their event:
**Please check the Forward Event Board for a firm's event before posting it from your end! It is possible to accidentally post a duplicate of an event that a firm has already posted on the event board.
School Events
You also have the ability to post school hosted events. To post, enter the following information from your event:

Once posted, you can sort the board to view all events, or just your university's events:
You can also sort the events by event date, registration date, and alphabetically by firm name:
Editing Events
You can edit, delete, and copy the link for events you have posted from the '…' menu at the top right of the event card:
Clicking ‘Edit’ opens this modal to make changes:
Student View:
To view what the Forward Event board looks like from Forward itself, click on 'Copy Event Board Link' and paste it into your browser!
You will be brought to the Forward Event Board:
Student Registration:
* Note: The ‘Register’ button for school-posted events will open in a new tab for students, and take them to the URL that their school enters in the ‘Sign-up link’ field. It won’t open the modal like current firm-posted events do.
When a student comes back to Forward after opening the register button, they will see a pop-up asking if they registered. If they click 'Yes', then those event registrations will appear in the ‘Reporting’ tab under ‘Event Registrations’ :
