Once an Admin sends a Contributor a link to join a program, you can open the link and authenticate using your email.

This will direct you to the program interface shown below. On the main page, you will be able to view all Programs that you have been added to.

Once you click into the Program, your view will depend on the access given by the Admin.

If you are given Full Access View, your platform will resemble the images below. You will be able to view evaluations and create/assign projects.

With a Limited Access View, you can create Projects but will not be able to access evaluations (shown below):

With Full View access, you will be able to view evaluations and existing projects but will not be able to create or assign projects (shown below):

Lastly, with limited View access, you will only be able to view projects and will not be able to view evaluations (shown below):

Along with Contributor views, the admin may add you to a Group. If you are assigned to a Group, you'll only be able to view the Groups you are apart of and the Summer Associates assigned to those groups.

Example 1: Contributor Assigned to Multiple Groups

In this example, Paige is assigned to both Team 1 and Team 2 so she can view both teams under the Groups tab

With this, Paige will be able to view all of the Summer Associates assigned to either of those teams under the Summer Associates tab.

Example 2: Contributor Assigned to One Group

In this case, Tina is assigned to Team 1 only she will only see Team 1 under the Groups tab.

Additionally, Tina will only be able to view the Summer Associates assigned to that team under the Summer Associates tab.
