Flo is widely used by law schools and law firms to manage virtual interviews and recruiting events. While Flo handles scheduling, candidate management, and interview logistics, your organization will use Zoom to host the video meetings.
To ensure a seamless interview experience, we recommend reviewing the following IT requirements before your event.
Zoom Requirements
Please ensure that:
Zoom is installed and updated to the latest version on interviewer devices (if using the desktop application).
Alternatively, interviewers can join through the Zoom web client if permitted by your organization's policies.
Cameras, microphones, and speakers are enabled and functioning properly.
Zoom traffic is allowed through your organization's firewall and security software.

Firewall & Network Configuration
If your organization restricts outbound traffic, your IT team should ensure that Zoom's required domains, ports, and IP ranges are permitted.

We also recommend allowing camera and microphone access for Zoom and ensuring users can launch Zoom meeting links from their browser or desktop application.

To ensure that your organization can use Flo's video conferencing smoothly, we would like this test to be with at least two members of your organization: one member accessing this from the office and one from a remote environment. This test will be facilitated by a Flo Recruit team member.
Email Communications
Whitelist the email domain @floevents.email and @florecruitnotifications.com. We use these domains exclusively for important email notifications, like links to video chat portals and last minute schedule changes.
To allow emails to be received from Flo, whitelist the following IP Address:
149.72.33.196
Note that our connecting hostname (reverse-DNS/PTR on above IP) is o1.ptr1593.floevents.email
